BEAUTY | YOUTH ESSENCE

As a skin care fan I love having some cabin treatments, especially at this time of the year, to prepare the skin for the summer. Few days ago I finished "Youth essence" at Ruth Azofra's wellness center. Ten sessions of deep hydration thanks to leading techniques that improve the products benefits. Now I have that glowing skin we all drem about, unifed tone and no expression lines. Can't ask for more.

Como fan de los cuidados de la piel que soy me encanta hacerme tratamientos en cabina, especialmente en éstas fechas del año, pensando en preparar la piel para el verano. Hace unos días acabé el tratamiento "Esencia de Juventud" en el centro de belleza y bienestar de Ruth Azofra. Diez sesiones de profunda hidratación gracias a las técnicas mas punteras que multiplican los beneficios de los productos. Ahora mi piel es esa que siempre he querido tener, profundamente hidratada, con tono luminoso y unifrome y sin líneas de expresión. No puedo pedir mas.

BEAUTY | FAVORITE FOUNDATIONS

Estas son mis bases de maquillaje favoritas de los últimos meses. Literalmente no puedo vivir sin Face & Body de Mac de la que ya os he hablado en otras ocasiones, tanto es así que la tengo en dos tonos uno claro para el invierno y otro mas oscuro para el verano, y a medida que me va cambiando el tono las voy mezclando. Me gusta muchísimo el aspecto jugoso que deja en la piel. Otra de mis favoritas es Sheer Glow de Nars, opto por ella cuando quiero algo mas de cobertura, pero también deja ese aspecto "glow" en la piel. Y por último Superfit de Clinique, la he rescatado del fondo del cajón y no recordaba el buen aspecto que da a la piel y lo cómodo que es llevarla para ser una base oil free.

These are my favorite make up foundations from past months. I literally can't live without Face & Body from Mac, actually I have it in two tones, one from winter and a darker one for summer, and as my skin tone changes I mix both of them. I love the glowy look that if gives to the skin. Another of my favorites is Sheer Glow from Nars, I usually go for it when I want more coverage on my skin, but it also gives that glowy effect. And the last one is Superfit from Clinique, I rescued it from the back of the drawer and I didn't remember the healthy look that brings to the skin and how comfortable is to wear it although is an oil free foundation.
